Having received these my girlfriend and I decided to try them. I took one mid afternoon in the hope that I might feel something late afternoon/early evening and they'd be in full effect by evening time. After a couple of hours I'd say there was a bit of a tingle in the pants department. It's hard to explain, I wasn't aroused but there was a feeling there. This didn't last long and unfortunately that was all that happened. I wouldn't say they affected me any more than normal to be honest.

I took one around 8 and me and the misses went to bed around 10, not to go into too many details, but I can say it worked wonders for me. Having a stressful job and life basically that sometimes affect my performance it is nice to have a little help whenever I need it.
