I played with it a little bit to make sure it was positioned on my g spot prior to turning it on.  Once I turned it on, I instantly went to the third intensity and let it do its work in getting me turned on.  Then I decided I wanted to really feel this Pearl on my g spot so I turned it off and used the toy to thrust.  This was such a pleasing sensation for me!
