HOW TO USE YOUR FUN CUP
TO INSERT: Find a comfortable position with your legs apart. Sitting on the toilet works, as does standing with one leg propped up on the toilet or bathtub ledge.
Press the lid of the cup together, and then fold the cup ( see diagrams). Insert the FUN CUP into your vagina, still holding the edges together. A little lube can help if this feels uncomfortable.
Once you’ve pushed it in as far as it will go, let go, so that the cup opens all the way and suctions on to the walls of the vagina, around the cervix. If this doesn’t happen immediately, try twisting the cup (either holding the sides or the firm silicone tip) while bearing down with your muscles. You may want to make sure the cup is covering your cervix by swirling a finger around the sides. We also recommend giving it a gentle tug to make sure it’s created a seal. If it has, you should be able to feel that little bit of resistance.
