This masturbator produces incredible sensations, I'm almost certain you can feel every nodule inside! I left it in the refrigerator for an hour before use and I've never experienced anything like it! Simply cool or warm up before use, remove all packaging, apply the provided lubricant and you're ready to go! My only complaint was not having a second one to try it 'warm'!
