I've only tried a couple of these and this is the better of the two by far, but I'm sure if you pay a bit more there's better out there.
The benefits of this product are the cost and size. most of the cheap ones are a bit on the small side (I actually tore the other one), and unless you have a disability-scale-porn-penis this is probably big enough. it's also nice and soft with just enough internal texturing to do the job, so if you're sensitive it won't be painful. It also comes with an egg vibrator which there's enopugh room to stick in the far end, and it works pretty well.
The drawbacks of this product are mostly the smell. it's a lower quality material and out of the box it smells of rubber. I suggest washing it with soap a bunch before use or you'll smell like it for ages, and wash again if you leave it too long. Also if you're less sensitive you might want something with more texturing inside, but again that's $. The lube that comes with it is BAD: it leaves white powder stuck to you and doesn't really last long enough to work. definitely buy something better for it. probably anything else, this store had good deals on it and your knob will thank you.
