Texture and material construction: This Slimline vibe is made of body-safe, sterilizable ABS plastic, with a very slick, smooth texture which glides almost as frictionless-ly as glass. This material can be cleaned with alcohol or, as it's waterproof, submersed in 10% bleach solution. No specialized and potentially harmful toy cleaners needed.

Review Details: So, this is a pretty powerful vibrator. Its vibrations are more toward the thumpy/rumbly end of the spectrum, too, meaning the spinning weight inside is larger and/or heavier than average and causes the toy to move more when powered on. Since this is a longer and wider vibrator, it apparently has room inside for those two C batteries plus a good-sized motor.

The vibration speed is controlled with a dial at the base, which has been updated with a domed shape and small indentations for grip. This has a more streamlined look and feel that the traditional flat base. On the lower speeds, it provides a very nice sensation for my ultra-sensitive clit. On higher speeds, it works well for my power-hungry partner, and she uses it as her stand-by for when her favorite rechargeable vibe needs recharging.

With a total length of 8.5", it's easy to hold and reach my clit with the tip or the side of the shaft. The vibrations are concentrated close to the tip, but the base does vibrate quite a bit as well, so keep that in mind if your hands tend to go numb or become painful from that. A hand towel wrapped around the base might help protect your hand. This is also a good size for insertion, although that's not my preferred use due to the basic torpedo-style shape - I prefer a more g-spot-targeting shape.
