This thing is incredible, whether you're using it to tip up your sub's chin, silence them by pushing the ball in their mouth, punish them with a (very unique!) sort of blunt impact play, or inspecting just how worked up they are by spreading them open. (Your mileage may vary on the last point if your willing victim does not have a vagina, of course, but we've had lots of fun with it!)
