Mystim Electrode Conductive Adhesive Gel helps the electrode contacts make a connection with the skin alleviating that sharp stinging that happens as the adhesive pads lose their viscosity. This is an adhesive - a body safe glue, NOT a lubricant.

This gel is an electro conductive adhesive for non-adhesive electrodes. With the electrode gel, those electrodes don't have to be taped to the body any longer.
