It does what it says it does, and is compatible with the Main Squeeze masturbators. The suction cup is one of those very firm ones, and it attaches using a lever mechanism, so don't just try to stick it somewhere without using the mechanism, or it won't work at all. If you attach it properly to a very smooth surface, like a bathroom tile or a pane of glass, it will hold VERY tightly. However, it does not stick at all to a normal painted wall, door, etc. Make sure you know where you want to attach it, and you'll be very happy with it.
