First use. Sleeve so stretchy that it clogged the vaccum port and burned up my 200 dollar pump

The silicone is soft and pliable as expected. The silicone around the outer edge that mates against the vacuum jar should be made of a stiffer material so that it will not collapse and be drawn into the vacuum jar. The length of the silicone is perfect, along with its ridged passageway.

Much nicer to use with pump, only problem is gets sucked into the pump. Base is much smaller than other models. I have 2" wide base and ordered (S) 2-2.25" and base is just too thin. Good for masturbator only.

Very soft and supple, to the point that there wasn't a lot of sensation from the tunnel. Trimmed the inner sleeve off so that penis head could exit the top of the tunnel, be pulled back in, and then let vacuum pull it out again. That was OK.

I use the EXCELSIOR which comes with the large size sleeve. I found it too snug to pull out comfortably. I ordered the small size, and that's the ticket for me. More room for expansion, yet still provides blister and edema protection. My only suggestion is to offer these with a smooth inner cavity. Sometimes I pull out with weird impressions in my skin due to conforming to the texture inside.

The sleeve feels AMAZING compared to the one that came with my pump. It creates a comfortable feeling around my penis especially at the base. I did notice that I have to increase the pressure to get the results that I did with the old sleeve, that may be because of the thickness of the sleeve, not an issue. However if you stoke with the sleeve it will elongate the size of the sleeve and it can block the suction ports of the penis pump and could cause damage to the pump. To avoid that, when you see that the sleeve is starting to block the air ports, release the pressure and start again. This is something you need to be aware of.
