Soft and Sexy

We were kindly sent the Lovehoney Wild Spirit Black and Red Strappy Body for an honest review. My wife is a size 12, 5”3 with a 32DD bust, and received a Lovehoney Wild Spirit Black and Red Strappy Body, labelled a one size (UK Size 8-16). The garment arrived discreetly packaged as usual and was simple wrapped in a clear plastic bag. The bra portion of the body is not padded or underwired, the cups are simply made from a beautifully soft triangular shaped red with black accent floral lace surrounded by a black trim and accompanied by sexy black criss-cross straps. It has a 1 inch black satin elasticated band running underneath the bust and around the back, which is fitted with an adjustable slider mechanism which my wife simply adjusted to get a nice comfortable fit; however it didn’t give her a great deal of support. It also has two 1 inch thick black satin halterneck ribbons which she was able to tie off securely at the desired position which worked pretty well at giving her some additional support. The front portion of the bottom half of the body has a contoured panel made from the red and black floral lace, the panel runs down the middle and around the hips, this design and the stretchy lace was perfect and helped to give a flattering appearance whilst concealing the stomach, which is nice especially if you’re feeling a bit self-conscious about that area, the sides are cut out to try and create an hour glass shape and reveal a sexy bit of flesh. From behind the body is much more revealing it has a sexy black mesh see-through thong with red edging and black criss-cross straps to make the most of your derriere, it’s not crotchless and doesn’t have any poppers either, which my wife liked as a change and really found comfortable to wear. Overall, there’s nothing that we can really fault, it was easy to put on and adjust, soft and sexy to the touch and size wise it was perfect; it’s definitely a garment you’re we willing wear again and again.

Stunning design

The Wild Spirit Body comes in a lovely dark red and black colourway. It’s not so much a body with cutaway parts, as a set of four lace triangles connected via elastic and satin! The lace feels lovely and soft and there is a small amount of stretchability in it. The knicker part is, somewhat surprisingly considering the trend for crotchless these days, neither crotchless or poppers, so access requires pulling the gusset to the side! Between the knickers and bra is a large triangle of lace over the stomach area. if you’re wondering if this design would ‘control’ a little bit of a tummy, no, not really, but it would probably do a good job of disguising it if you have concerns in that area. The bra part has a reasonable amount of coverage, but obviously the bigger the bust, the less gets covered with this one-size product. It struggled to cover my partner’s 34F assets, but certainly displayed them wonderfully! The halter-neck is composed of two satin straps which you tie behind the neck to adjust the amount of support required Round the back, there’s a lovely corsetry-style criss-cross over the small of the back, leading the eye down to the mesh top of the thong-style knickers. And yes, that (apart from the neck straps) is all there is to the back! This is a very revealing body, showing off a very large amount of bare skin, though this is mainly round the back and sides. If you’re not comfortable being essentially naked at the back, this may not be the lingerie for you. However, the view of my partner wearing this was incredibly sexy from all angles. She said that it fitted very well on the top half, though because she’s quite long-bodied it was a little tight in the crotch area. Loosening the halter-strap does help a little, though. She thought it was a gorgeous piece and loves it, particularly liking the criss-cross over the lower back.

A very pretty and sexy little number

I love new lingerie, but who doesn't?. This piece looked amazing the second i removed it from the packet, and red being my favourite colour just had me desperate to try it on. Its very easy to slip into with its open back and adjustable rear strap, so no awkward shuffling to be had here. The later neck straps are made of lovely black ribbon and are nice and soft to the touch, so you can be tied up quickly, yet also free very quickly too. The thong crotch of this little body has no poppers to release, so if you are looking for easy access here, its just a case of moving to one side. The quality of the material is up there with Lovehoneys normal good reputation, and this piece i could not fault at all, the colour, material and small details like the string detailing of the cup is all just beautiful. There is a good amount of stretch in this body, and the adjustable strap on the back allows it to be tailored slightly to sizes, so will fit a variety of shapes. All in all, another lovely piece of Lingerie.

Confidence went wild

Lovehoney is at it again! Service is as good as ever, even during these difficult times nothing has changed! This gorgeous strappy lace body had me in love at first sight! The deep red and black lace is gorgeous and sexy looking, the back is black sheer mesh which for me adds to the sexiness! Then just to top this off the tie halter neck is silky black! Every material in this body screams, I'm sexy! The fit for me was perfect, I'm generally a 16/18 and 38C busy so really in-between the standard and plus sizes! What makes this great is that the material isn't clingy, even though it is stretchy enough to be comfortable and fit many shapes and sizes! The low cut back has an adjustable strap place just around the underboob area... Meaning you can pull it in, in just the right place! The tie neck means you can tighten and 'lift' as much as you like, and provides great support. The thong part framed my other asset beautifully! This body covered the parts im not so keen on, and showed off my good parts! I just felt great in this, and my partner's reaction just enhanced that! You will not regret this one!

Loved how sexy this made me feel

Well this is one hot, sexy and bold strapped body. The Lovehoney plus size wild spirit lace body in a very seductive red and black with for me is a personal favourite combination. The design is perfectly basic nothing fussy with long black ribbon to tie/untie around neck love it! With an adjustable black elasticised band around the waist this fits very comfortable indeed. Stunning strong flower lace design across the front with mesh around the back which is all very reliving and teasing. The length fits me fine being 5 ft 7 sometimes the body’s become tight and rides up, but I find this one good for me. If I could change anything maybe a little more room in bust area but my OH disagree he say it all looks good to him. A thong effect for the business end finish this body off nicely. I felt extremely thrilled, sassy and turned on knowing this was making my partners eyes pop out. Lovehoney have done it again by adding that extra bit of excitement and passion into our bedroom fun.
