Wow

Personally I’ve never used any sex toys/lubricants before, I ordered these as I wanted to experiment. I used the Lovehoney tingling lube and wow. What an experience. Having never used anything I was very pleased that I was able to walk about and do general housework without a hitch, they stayed in place perfectly and felt great. A very subtle pleasure that left me wet and very aroused. I am eager to try some heavier balls, perhaps with the free moving weights inside. Safe to say I will be using these often!

The Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure Balls 77g arrive packaged in a well designed, elegant box. The box features a product photo on the front, and on the side of the box there is a full product description. Inside the box, you will find the glass pleasure balls protected inside a plastic tray. Also supplied is a small grey satin storage bag and a instruction leaflet. I’m no stranger to kegal balls, I have used many different sizes, and various weights before, made from various sex toy materials. Although, I haven’t used any kegal balls in a while, being offered the chance to review these ones reminded me how important it is to do your ‘kegals’ to make sure the pelvic floor muscles are strong and healthy! My favourite sex toy material is glass, so I was really looking forward to trying this set. The Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure balls are partially enclosed in a black silicone holder. They weigh 77 grams in total, and they are 4” in circumference. I would recommend this weight for an intermediate user. I was very impressed with the quality of the FSOG glass pleasure balls, the silicone holder feels soft and smooth, and the glass balls are made from toughen high quality borosilicate glass. They look very classy, just as you would expect for the Fifty Shades of Grey collection. The Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure balls are very easy to insert, once coated with some water-based lube. Once inside they feel amazing, the cold chill of the glass is breathtaking, but you can also heat them up (for temperatures play) in some warm water if you prefer. I find these balls very stimulating, and enjoy popping them in before foreplay with my partner. The silicone cord is long enough (3.5”) so that I don’t have to worry about them traveling up too far. These glass pleasure balls are great for strengthening and toning up the pelvic floor. Clenching your vaginal muscles around them and holding for sets of 5 seconds will strengthen the pelvic floor, and makes everything tighter down there. The first day I wore them for about 30 minutes, and I did some kegal exercises for 3-5 minutes. Each consecutive day I wore them for an extra 15 minutes, making sure I also did the kegal exercises. It is important to build up slowly so that you don’t put any strain on your pelvic floor. They are versatile glass pleasure balls as they can be removed and used alone, but I prefer using them with the holder. I started to notice a difference after about a couple of weeks of using the FSOG glass pleasure balls, my orgasms became stronger and more intense. This encouraged me to use them consistently and on a daily basis. After use they are really easy to clean, as the glass balls pop out easily from the holder. Overall, my partner and I both enjoyed using these FSOG glass pleasure balls during foreplay, they are especially great to pop in before a spanking session! I enjoyed using them alone for kegal exercises and solo play. For more of a challenge you can wear them doing yoga, out shopping or dancing. If you are looking for a classy, high quality, glass kegal balls, that really work, then I can highly recommend the Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure balls.

Train your pelvic floor in style
Rated 5 / 5

These love balls are part of the Fifty Shades range from Lovehoney. They arrived in the usual unmarked packaging and inside are presented in a Fifty shades box which also contains a silver satin storage bag adding a touch of class. The balls are clear glass encased in a soft silicone holder. They can be removed and look like a very large marble. This helps with the cleaning process. They initially felt quite weighty but when inserted with a little water based lube my OH found them easy to keep inside despite having had 3 three children! The box describes them as a gentle pelvic floor work out and we agree with this. They look a bit classier than other kegel trainers we have tried and felt comfortable to wear. The retrieval is easy due to the silicone string which is soft enough to sit comfortably in underwear. Wearing them out and about adds a little excitement to the supermarket shopping!

Fifty shades of pelvic floor muscle strength
Rated 5 / 5

In order to strengthen my pelvic floor, make my vagina feel tighter, be able to massage my partner's penis with my vagina, achieve more powerful orgasms and prevent incontinence, I do Kegel workouts as often as I remember to. Just flexing my muscles isn't enough though, that's why I've been trying out various kinds of Kegel balls. I already had free-roaming (jiggle) balls and the Annabelle Knight OMG! Kegel Exercise Set, so I was looking forward to trying these Fifty Shades of Grey pleasure balls. As usual with Lovehoney, the product was delivered quickly and discreetly packaged. It comes in a Fifty Shades of Grey - branded box, which also contains a silver satin-feel storage bag and a small leaflet with use instructions. The black silicone is really smooth, soft and flexible. The clear glass balls are pleasantly heavy. Using both hands, I can easily push them out of the silicone rings that hold them, but they sit firmly when they're in place - there's no risk of a ball accidentally popping out of the silicone. Beginners tip: If you're just getting started with Kegel exercises, you can remove the ball that is closer to the cord. This way it's lighter, and you can add the second ball when your muscles are strong enough. Before inserting these Kegel balls, I coated them with water-based lubricant, and applied some more on myself as well. Slipping them inside me was quite easy, but if you find it uncomfortable then you can do it lying on your back with your knees bent. I've used them for about a week, and I missed one day, so I can't see much difference yet. However, it does feel like I'm working out those pelvic muscles! I'm pretty sure I'll start seeing a difference in a month or two. The Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure Balls weigh 77g, which is almost the same as the 80g Kegel ball in the Annabelle Knight OMG! Kegel Exercise Set. The 50 Shades ones are thinner, easier to insert and feel slightly less filling. The Annabelle Knight one has a larger diameter. Compared to jiggle balls, the Fifty Shades pleasure balls offer somewhat less stimulation. Personally, I don't get any significant stimulation or pleasure by wearing Ben Wa balls, no matter if they jiggle or not. I just use them as a piece of equipment to help me get my exercise. However, other women find them pleasurable to wear. The only sure way to know what works for you is to give it a try! To clean my Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure Balls, I pop out the glass spheres and wash them and the silicone part separately. I let them air dry before popping them back in and storing the toy in its pouch. To sum up, these Kegel balls are well made, very smooth, easy to use, clean and store, and can help you exercise your Kegel muscles no matter if you're a beginner or if you need a more significant weight to get your pelvic exercise.

Crystal balls that predict a lot of fun
Rated 5 / 5

I was sent this set in exchange for an honest review, so thank you, Lovehoney (and Brenna).  As usual, they arrived quickly and in the usual plain brown box. Inside was a branded Fifty Shades box with a picture of the item on it. Inside that are the clear glass balls in their black silicone cradle, a silver-grey branded satin bag, and a small leaflet. The balls are a nice medium size (not too heavy) and the silicone cradle has a strong "string" for easy removal.  I was really excited to learn I'd been chosen to test this set as I'd been wanting to try a glass ones for ages. I have the beautiful beaded glass dildo from Lovehoney and have had many hours of enjoyment with it because of the different ways to use glass - you can warm it or cool it and the weight is heavy but not fatiguing. It's also very smooth - there's nothing quite like slipping smooth glass inside me. It's an instant turn on. You don't need a lot of lube with these. I'm also a big fan of Kegel balls as they work to help keep your pelvic floor in good shape and if you want a better orgasm and to avoid incontinence in later life you need a healthy pelvic floor. I'm particularly aware of this as I visit an incontinence nurse to help keep on top of a nerve condition I have. My nurse checked my pelvic floor strength when I first saw her several years back, and although I have a temperamental bladder that sometimes registers full when empty, wakes me unnecessarily during the night and gives me regular infections, I did have a fairly healthy pelvic floor. Since using balls, though, my pelvic floor has actually gotten stronger (much to my nurse's surprise). As exercisers, I'd stick to using them in the cradle, though they can be removed for cleaning or to use without the cradle. I'd hesitate to walk around with them in as they are a lot smoother than my previous sets (particularly some of my silicone sets that have a little natural grip), and although I'm quite happy with the strength of my pelvic floor, I'm a little afraid that if they did slip out accidentally they'd be damaged when they hit the floor. I'm also reminded of a friend who removed a heavy steel set while on the loo and had to explain the broken toilet to her husband after they suddenly slipped out! I've used them as Kegel exercisers as in the cradle as they're the perfect size for me (I did have a problem with my first ever set - Tracey Cox duo balls - as they were too long to fit inside me comfortably so I now make sure I check the measurements before buying). However, my favourite use for these is as a sexy addition to my love-life out of the cradle. I showed them to my partner who thought them as lovely as I did and quickly suggested we put the first one in cold and the second one warm. I can tell you it's one of the best ideas he's ever come up with!  I've several sets now - silicone, ABS and steel. However, these have now become my favourites. They're so absolutely sexy.

Fifty shades of 'not all that'!

I read the reviews before buying and thought great. But no!! Big disappointment! I used lub, I did everything I was meant to but still disappointed!! Felt like a big uncomfortable tampon. When taking it out, was alot of discomfort!

Acquired taste

Overall they need a subsequent amount of lubricant, I would say to try them without the sleeve. They are very "present" when moving around but do not move much. For the purpose of exercise they are excellent, for pleasure I would say when used without the sleeve they are excellent

Great for Pelvic Floor Exercises

Due to underlying health conditions, I have a high chance of developing urinary incontinence and even though I am only 21, I already started seeing signs despite doing Pilates regularly. As I know and trust Lovehoney, I went straight to their website roughly half a year ago and started doing my research on kegel balls.
