I'm normally a bit loathe to use balms and things like that, as have found a lot that are sticky or greasy. This is neither! It sinks well into your skin without leaving a tacky residue, which is great. Be careful with how much you put on - the first time I used it I pushed into the balm a bit with my finger to get a visible amount, and regretted it pretty quickly! You just need a tiny film on your fingertip, that's enough. In terms of feel it's a bit menthol-y, definitely makes you very aware of the area you've put it on. I found it to work best on nipples.
