Being in a long-term relationship, we have tried a wide variety of all different kinds of condoms throughout the years. However, we kept running into problems not only due to the size of my partner but also due to me having a slight irritation to latex after prolonged sex. Since condoms are my main form of birth control it's really important for us to not have them rip while we are having sex, yet we continued to run into these problems with both large-sized trojans, magnums and a variety of many other brands of condoms. Finally, my boyfriend ended up picking these up in an effort to try out yet another brand and SKYN ended up being the only condom that did not either irritate me or rip during intercourse. We have used these as our one and only brand for over five years now and have yet to have an issue with them. I highly recommend this brand to people with latex allergies (they have all kinds of sizes and types that are latex-free) and this version specifically to people who struggle to find a large size condom that fits properly. For some reason, these expand to size a lot better than other brands do which gives them a very skintight fit that makes sex more enjoyable in my opinion. Despite the skin tight fit and friction they stay well lubricated even during very long sessions. My boyfriend also liked them and claims they feel a lot more comfortable for him during sex compared to the other-he describes them as "softer, silkier". As previously stated, I have exclusively used these for years and never had an issue with even one of these ripping on us during sex which cannot be said for more mainstream brands I have tried. It absolutely checks all of the boxes of what I need out of the condom I choose to use as birth control and I can't imagine what I would do if these were discontinued. The only thing that could be better about these is they still have that "condom smell" despite being latex-free. However, I do not find this smell any more or less strong than any other condom I have used and thus it is not a huge drawback for me.

Skyn is my new go-to brand

First I would like to thank Lovehoney for sending their package as discreetly as they always do. It came in a brown box that you can't tell from any other package. The condoms themselves come in a nice looking package with the condoms separated into strips of two as opposed to some other brands that have them in one long strip. This makes it faster and more discreet to get one. The condoms themselves are very thin even though they are not marketed as being thin. My wife and I have gotten rid of all other brands in favor of Skyn. But my favorite part of them is that there isn't that smell that you get from used latex condoms which I personally hate. I can tell you I won't be going back to any other brand!

Scented

I was so disappointed to rip open the package and find that these have a scented lubricant on them. It is a light citrus smell. I have an allergy to any sort of scented feminine products, and indeed these did cause irritation for me. On the plus side, they are very smooth and I can see how they would be a favorite if they came in an unlubricated style.
