I've used this a few times, during solo play and during sex. It's a simple mechanism, easy to clean and is strong. Good, but don't overtighten

This is a good product, it's stretchy but strong. The loop is long enough that you can either place this in front of or behind your balls with ease. The hold is strong, but easy to release. The effect is a strengthened erection - for me that results in extra girth and more pronounced veins. It also makes your orgasm more intense. I really prefer this over the fixed rings. My only complaint is that sometimes the bead comes all the way off and takes some effort to put back on. But that's pretty minor.
