Fun Factory

I was really excited to see I was receiving this as a tester. I don't own a luxury vibrator, so I didn’t know what to expect from it really. I was counting down the days, which, although Lovehoney have a speedy delivery, this time it felt like forever. It was sent via the Royal Mail 42 delivery service, and of course came very speedy and discreetly in the parcel, as always with Lovehoney. Immediately I noticed the weight of the box. I knew then I had to dive into it this box. The packaging: The Stronic Bi Fusion arrives in nicely designed packaging. It is contained inside a gold coloured box which is simply plain, but looks like a gift box. The golden box has a red writing print on the front of it which says ‘Your Perfect Moment’ with the red Fun Factory logo next to it. This golden box is hidden by a pull-away black and gold themed sleeve, which is more professional and informative. The front of the sleeve shows an accurate size image of the toy side from the side, and the side of the sleeve shows an accurate size image of the toy from a bird’s eye view from the rabbit. It has bubbles which included facts about the toy dotted around the sleeve. (Waterproof, flexible, body-safe silicone, charger incl., etc.) Once inside the golden box, there is a red piece of card covering the whole toy which has the user manual and warning leaflet attached to it. It is the first thing you notice and standout. Fun Factory have really made it so you read them first thoroughly before using the toy. On the front on the user manual there are three images of coloured Stronic Bi pulsators, in the colours light pink, purple and red. The manual contains: Page 1 is the glossary which explains what type of pulsator and vibrator modes there are with names for each mode. Page 2 is the application guide, which shows an arrow guide on how insert it, with golden orb images like the packaging. It shows you a female inserting it into herself. (I don't think anyone will struggle with that.) Page 3 explains how to charge, how long it takes and how you know it's fully charged. Page 4 is the menu guide, which is a simpler version of what they have already explained to you, but with images which carry's onto 4 other pages, The leaflet then continues on the rest of the pages which has multilingual (13 different languages) technical data and environmental information. The pulsator: Taking the pulsator out of its box for the first time, I immediately noticed that the silicone was covered in dust and fluffy bits. Although the silicone feels extremely luxury with a velvety feel and quite a bit of ‘drag’, this is the type of silicone which is a nightmare for attracting dust and fluff, so a thorough clean before and after is also a must! I received the purple pulsator, which is my favourite colour, and the colour is so vivid and so lively. So this pulsator is in my favour already. I tested it out before actually using the toy for the first time. I was surprised to find the controls are really simple. There are three buttons in total: Red fun factory button, and then two buttons with a large circle and a small circle. The larger circled button is the control for the pulsations. The smaller circled buttons are for the rabbit. It is clear that this pulsator is great quality. The base is very sturdy and ‘handy’ *badum tsh* as there is a lot of room to hold onto without it slipping out of your hand mid-use. The buttons on the base are decent sizes, so they also don't get in the way or accidentally mis-press a button when you’re building yourself up. Majority of the weight is found at the base of the toy, but it’s not heavy enough to cause any hand discomfort or cramps. Now, this is one hell of a pulsator. It has two powerful motors - one in the pulsator itself and one in the rabbit. It is insanely impressive once you bring it to life. You can feel the pulsations swinging your hand around. It has 8 different pulsation modes to spice things up with. Even on this low setting you can feel the toy pulsate. (8 pulsator modes: Dirty Dancing, Gallop, Rattle, Rumble, Quickly, Roller Ball, Vienna Waltz.) (6 Vibration modes: Slow, Smooth, Full Power, Strong, 2 Stages, Bounce.) This toy impresses me even more with the sound. It’s so silent even on the max speed, which is ideal for me as I am a student and live in a shared house. One thing that stood out to me about this pulsator is that it appears to have a smart touch vibrator. You can turn on the vibrator by touching it and turns off when you let go. Really ideal for saving the battery life. The vibrations are extremely strong yet also very silent, and also have 6 different modes to spice things up with too. This pulsator has an AutoOff. After 30 seconds, if both motors are in mode 0, it will switch itself off. This pulsator has a lock which is very handy if you don't want it to accidentally turn on while on your travels. To unlock it, you press the large white button and the red Fun Factory button at the same time. To lock it, press the small white button and red Fun Factory button at the same time. In use: I was a bit sceptical at first because I thought the thrust motions would weaken when inserted with a lot of pressure, but surprisingly wasn’t. There are some bumped lines in each side of the toy which make this toy more realistic in my opinion and help towards the stimulating. This toy is designed for thrusting! You will barely be able to hold your arms still. The design of the toy is unique and the curved tip at the top of the toy definitely ravages the G-spot, depending on the thrusting mode. The thrusting will build you up to a big climax, and possible multiple orgasms. The Clitoral Vibrator reminds me of a butterfly. It has the lovely wings which help leave your clit exposed while it vibrated you away into heaven. The only problem I had with it is that the vibrator appears to work when it was touched. When my clit touched the butterfly, it didn't vibrate and had to put more pressure on it for it to work. This was a bit of a nuisance and had to use an alternative clit vibrator to use on myself as I have a weakness for clit stimulation when having intercourse or dildos. I do think that if I familiarised myself towards it a little bit more. I will get used to the rabbit and the touch sense. It would be better if the rabbit had a mode which kept vibrating instead of just on touch, but it does help towards the battery life. Eventually, though, it built me up to an amazing climax. I noticed that when I inserted it I was able to use it hands-free, which is an extra surprising perk to this toy. It might differ for each person, but for myself I managed to insert it and keep it in place so I can use it hands-free. You must use water-based lubricant with this toy! Charging: The charger lead is extremely useful as it is a USB, which makes it possible to charge via laptop, Xbox, adapter plug. This means I can charge it on my travels too. I love how much thought they’ve put into the design of the toy, it is awesome enough to show you how much % its charged at: Once plugged in, the top button (small circled button) lights up and pulsates. This tells you it’s charged between 0%-33%. The lights change, the top button (small circled button) stops pulsating and just shines, the middle button (large circled button) started to pulsate, this means it’s between 33%-66%. Finally, at 66%-100% the red fun factory button lights up, and all lights are on. When it comes to that horrible time when you think your battery is running low, you won’t be able to notice. The pulsation/vibration power doesn't die down with the battery. One incredible battery life. I have noticed that you will have to charge it after every use, though, as the battery life will be low if you have used it for a while. Overall, I think this pulsator is designed for discretion and variety. It fulfils my needs entirely for the strength of vibrations, penetration and the silence this toy as. I couldn’t find anything wrong with it whatsoever.

You do need a good amount of lube (even if naturally lubricated) as the material does cause some drag. Overall, I count Stronic Bi Fusion as one of my go-to toys for a long play session. It's worth savouring.

Gives a very different sensation

I won't go on about the packaging as the other review has covered that exceptionally well - all I will say is that I am the type of person who would prefer all sex toys to arrive in a plain box with absolutely no text on the outside (I'm talking about their individual packaging, not the delivery box!). That said, it's a small, fairly discreet box so can't complain too much. I just wish it had no text on the outside! Come on people. Onto the toy. Basically, I'm obsessed with thrusting sex toys (why should I do all the hard work?!) - and these Stronic toys have always intrigued me. I was not sure which one to go for but this one seemed to cover all the areas I was looking for and the thrusting function seemed powerful enough on the little video on the website. What the heck, I'd just got a bit of cash spare so I thought I'd treat myself. So, it took quite a while to charge to begin with but the magnetic click charging cable is excellent. Being a USB charger, however, can be a little troublesome because that means I have to have it plugged in whilst I'm working (luckily I work from home, but still!)! Placing the toy inside the delivery box and trailing the lead out through a little gap under the cardboard lid enabled me to discreetly hide the toy as it charged. My hubby is a bit vanilla (to say the least) but he doesn't mind me having toys, he just doesn't want to be confronted with them as I'm sorting out emails and orders! Sorry, went off track... okay, so, yes, discreet charging was possible - although I did have to check to make sure the little magnetic connectors were still touching the terminals as they were easily pulled away. Once the toy was charged I had a play around with the various settings to try to figure out the different button combinations. The fold out instruction leaflet consists mainly of gold circles with little illustrations, lots of arrows, plus signs and dots. It took a while to figure out quite what it all meant but eventually I think I sussed it. Although the hardest part was working out exactly when it was fully charged. Looking at the leaflet I'm still a bit baffled. When you first connect it to the charger, the button with the little dot flashes on and off until it's about a third charged - then it stays on solidly. The button with the larger dot on it then kicks in and now begins to flash until it is about 2 thirds charged - then it, too, stays on solidly. When both dotted buttons stay on solidly and the "FUN" button kicks in with a gentle flash, you're on the homewards stretch and it is basically charged. Basically, there are 3 buttons that light up - the large, red "Fun" button. That's the ON/OFF button for the whole thing. The other two buttons have a white dot on them - one larger white dot, one smaller white dot. The Larger dot controls the main shaft's vibrations/pulsing. The Smaller dot controls the flappy clit thing. Honestly, I think my clit must be in a totally different place because I've always struggled to find a toy where the clit stimulator section does anything useful when the toy is "fully in place". This one isn't brilliant but the added "wings" do produce a different sensation around your bits... but I still wish the clit bit was "positionable." Anyhoo... back to these buttons. The real bonus feature of this brand is the "lock" setting. You can press and hold the "small dot" + "Fun" button to lock it - to prevent accidental activation. Then you press the "large dot" + "Fun" button to unlock. Very, very useful feature. Onto the "thrusting" ... well, it's more of a "pulsing" as far as I'm concerned, but it certainly creates a sensation of thrusting, although the "strokes" are very short. For a vibrator, it gives a totally unique sensation. And, if you're lucky enough to get it in the right position, it really can give you a G-spot orgasm. It's not exceptionally "girthy" so it would be ok for less experienced users, but the pulsing may put some off - but not me... that is the point of it, after all! It has a strange velvety feel. It's not bad, it's just a bit odd. It does mean that lube is a must as it tends to be a bit "grippy". Overall, it does what it says on the tin. But, if you prefer a longer stroke, then don't go for it, that's not what it gives you. But, if you want a sophisticated, 100% waterproof, fairly quiet, unique "pulsing" vibrator, then go for this.

Wanted to love this, it is certainly the most expensive vibrator I have ever purchased. I had a rampant rabbit many, many moons ago that had a thrusting motion though admittedly also vibrated and that was great (until you were close to climaxing, clenched and the motors gave up). I thought this will just keep going and be amazing. Unfortunately, though it certainly keeps going, for me it doesn't come close to getting the job done. The packaging is a pretty standard cardboard box that unfortunately ripped when I first came to open it. This was obviously my fault for being rather too keen to get in! However, I do feel being supplied with no proper case (like you get for example with the Lovehoney Desire range) or even a robust storage bag is pretty poor for a very pricey, luxury toy. A plus point though is the very effective magnetic charger, the charger lights red when first connected to a power supply through usb then when you connect to toy magnetically the lights come on on the toy and the fun button pulses until charged. This whole system is very clever. The controls are logical and easy to use. The fun button is the power button and the two other buttons sepately control the thrusting shaft and the clitoral virator. Now, in use, there is too much friction, this is a fairly girthy toy but not huge, however, the silicon just does not slide in! So much lube is needed in comparison to any other toy I use and it's in need of constant re-application compared to other silicon vibrators I own. With lots of lube this is not a problem but while most of my collection don't need any outside lubrication at all to produce a sensational time this definitely does. There is a lot of power, no question, in the thrusting. However hard you clench it keeps on pounding unfortunately the movement does very little for me in comparison to other G-spot vibrators that I own and I have really, really tried with this toy. It does not help that the clitoral vibrator is a horribly buzzy vibration whatever the setting; though the shape of the wings are good and helpful for steering the vibration just where you want, the buzz rather than something deeper is not for me. The material has a lot of drag, almost sticky, so using lots of lube is a must! Also, dust and fuzz stick to this toy like no other so it always needs to be washed even though I always keep it in a bag (which is does not come with). As far as the thrusting, it is not so much a thrusting motion as it is a pulsating motion that is produced. The charger is not the best because it is magnetic and the slightest bump can knock it off the charge.
