I was really keen to try the Ora 3. I don’t have an oral simulator in my toy box and have been intrigued for a while. It is easy to hold in place and the controls sit flush on the silicone rim. The protruding ‘tongue’ is a nub about the same size as a finger-tip and it rotates as well as vibrating to mimic oral stimulation. The rotating motion gives this toy a very different feel to a bullet or clitoral vibe. It is a gentle action, but the wide choice of speed, intensity and patterns makes it very effective. It just needs a blob of water-based lube and it is good to go. If you are a woman who likes oral, then this will certainly get you there. i spent quite some time debating whether or not i should buy this toy, considering the price point and the reviews on it being scarce /and/ mixed, but oh. my god. i am so happy i bought this. it's such a treat. i absolutely LOVE oral, but not always the people the mouth is attached to, and this toy is honestly incredibly close to the real thing. moreso than those hard, annoying tongue flickers and clit suckers. the little nub legitimately feels like a firm, soft tongue when it moves. with water or lube? Terrible

After reading other reviews I thought this would be a Godsend and was so excited to receive it. The first delivery resulted in the 'nub' failing to turn. Thankfully though I got in touch with LH and their customer service is excellent. A refund or replacement was offered straight away. Wanting to give it another chance I asked for a replacement. When it arrived it appears to be working fine but wow, very underwhelming. I have toys a fraction of this cost and they achieve a better result. The handle is in an awkward position and finding the spot is very hard. I've climaxed once in a handful of attempts still left very frustrated, now unfortunately I'll be disregarding the thing altogether. For the price I thought it would be beyond anything else I'd tried before but it definitely isn't. Stick to a bullet. Don't buy

Lickety Clit

The Ora 3 comes in a lovely gift-worthy box and includes its own swish storage bag. The toy itself doesn't come with a manual so you will have go online to the Lelo site and download it instead. This was easy to do on my smartphone, but could be a nuisance if you didn't have one. The PDF is simple with clear text and illustrations to follow. I found it funny how the box included instructions for the sachet of lube but not the main toy. It arrives in locked mode, so you will definitely need some guidance (or luck) to unlock it. Another thing you can do while you are on the site is to register the toy for the 10 year guarantee to get 50% off a replacement item if faulty. This again was quick and easy to set up and worth doing just in case. The Ora 3 may look luxurious, but I was surprised that the soft silicone body isn't fully seamless. One seam runs nears the buttons and the other is on the licking area. Luckily, I can't feel these seams during use and is more aesthetic than anything. It lubes up nicely, but can get slippery at times so hold on tight! It's lightweight and feels comfortable in the hand. It's also waterproof, so cleaning or bathroom play are more care-free. The only mildly tricky parts to clean are the buttons and plastic-to-silicone gaps. Charging is simple; just put the prong in the hole. The wire is tiny, though. When charging, the insignia shape around the buttons flashes on and off - how fancy! The battery life isn't the best and only seems to last about 4-5 sessions. It will flash briefly when the power is low during use, but it doesn't give you much warning before it goes off. Sticking your fingers in the centre hole makes it comfortable to hold and allows your thumb to easily access the 3 buttons. The middle button flips through the patterns and the top/bottom ones increase or decrease the intensity of each when you hold them down. The intensity change is more apparent in the vibrations of the toy than in the rotating nub. I enjoyed the constant speeds and several of the consistent patterns. There were some patterns that seemed to be almost random, so I tended to avoid those. I will start by saying I was soooooo excited for this product - the reviews I'd read not only on LH but magazine articles etc were full of praise and I could not wait for it to arrive, but it was so disappointing. The reason I bought this was because of the sensations being described as similar to oral but for me I just didn't get that sensation at all. The "tongue" is very underwhelming and just goes around in like a circle motion which after a few seconds becomes quite boring. I have to say however the vibrations are quite intense - not enough to make me orgasm but were pleasurable on my clit when using with my partner. But saying that, I feel you can get a vibrator that does the same job for a fraction of the price.The noise was the most off putting aspect - it's horrific! I really wasn't expecting it to be quite so loud, it's almost like a piece of machine and total mood killer. Noisy and nothing like oral

I was excited to purchase this toy being single during UK lockdown and missing oral sex. This toy was disappointingly underwhelming and I would not recommend it to anyone.For me, the sensation of the ‘nub’ doesn’t really give the same simulation as oral - it rotates in a very specific rounded/c shaped motion but doesn’t have the variety of oral - you’re stuck in the same pattern of the nub going round and round the same pattern and there’s no strokes of different shape or width available. There is some variation in nub speed and a range of vibrating patterns to select from but this wasn’t enough to convince me that this was any better than using a vibrator. The nub itself lacks the softness, wetness and warmth of oral; even with lube, it’s just not there. Not to mention, the toy is horrifically NOISY. It’s so bad I couldn’t use this toy when anyone else was home. The toy is awkward to hold and difficult to place in the right spot. It’s shaped in a way that when it is in place, you cannot comfortably use another toy like a dildo at the same time because the Ora takes up too much space. With Lelo being such a high end company, and this toy being quite expensive, I expected far better. Service and packaging from lovehoney was brilliant as usual.

This toy has the perfect blend of hard and soft. The more firm and insistent vibration settings (I think there are 2) are wonderful when blended with the indirect side-to-side and all-around tongue. I also appreciate that I can ramp up in intensity in ways that are more than just "crank up the vibration". I can start with the tongue only, which gives me nice gentle teasing orgasms and then layer on two separate intensities and patterns of vibration. And again, that combination of soft tongue and hard vibration just makes my toes curl. I really appreciate the build quality. There are no seams. The silicone is really lovely. And the thumb hole proportion is perfect. Cleanup is a breeze. One drop of lube and I'm good to go.It is a little difficult for me to combine it with a penetrative toy. I have to turn the Ora sideways. It's fine, but the vibrations, which come from below the tongue, end up lopsided. But combining penetration doesn't really enhance my play, so it's fine.

Sadly disappointing.

I eagerly bought one of these after reading countless reviews on how AMAZING it was.... only to receive mine and be so so so disappointed!!! it’s so stiff, EXTREMELY loud, and so bad it couldn’t even get me CLOSE to an orgasm. nothing like what is being advertised at all. I wish I could return it and get my money back, it’s so pricey. I wouldn’t spend $100 on it let alone the $230 it cost me :/

It took me a couple of tries to really figure it out but once I did, oh my goodness! It really does an amazing job at mimicking oral sex. And the toy is such nice quality. It's beautiful! I definitely recommend adding this unique piece to your collection.

Don’t buy it

This was an expensive purchase and I get more thrills off my older rabbit than this. We charged it and used it right away and it’s so sad and pathetic and now it’s just going in the trash. You get more pleasure just buying a $20 bullet. So disappointed and won’t buy products from lelo ever again. It had 3 different speeds but does nothing. It’s awkward.

Interesting stimulation

Too many lonely nights before this beautiful toy. Nice to look at and also as a piece of furniture (when there is nobody around). Then it goes into the drawer near my bed. I use it frequently and it is very close to the real thing. More than halfway there. The most important thing is that it makes me reach a climax every time. True, I have found my own technique, but the product does what it is supposed to do. The ball could be bigger, but I guess you cannot have it all. Love it.

Over rated

I was really looking forward to getting this, but was really disappointed, didn’t do anything for me, found that when placed over the clit it hurt abit, so complete waste of money!!
