Description
The Bathmate HYDROXTREME9 Penis Pump is a premium hydrotherapy device designed for men seeking advanced penis enlargement and girth enhancement through water pressure technology. Unlike traditional air pumps, this model utilizes a sealed water chamber to create a safer, more comfortable suction environment that reduces tissue trauma and pain during use.
This advanced pump features a removable handball design, allowing users to switch between a traditional one-handed pumping method and a two-handed technique for greater control over pressure levels. The device is engineered specifically for men with a larger erect penis size, typically accommodating lengths between 7 to 9 inches and girths exceeding 2 inches, ensuring a secure and effective seal without excessive compression.
Designed for use in the bath or shower, the HYDROXTREME9 harnesses the natural lubrication of warm water to keep the skin soft and relaxed, facilitating easier insertion and more effective stretching. The chamber is constructed from high-quality poly carbonate and rubber materials, making it body-safe and easy to clean with water-based lubricants, while the included accessory pack provides everything needed for a hygienic and organized routine.
Usage involves a simple eight-step process that guides users from preparation to maximum pressure release. After filling the chamber with warm water and placing it over the flaccid penis, the user creates a seal and pumps gently until water stops exiting the valve, indicating maximum pressure. The device is then held in place for 5 to 6 minutes to allow the tissue to stretch, followed by a release of the valve. This cycle is repeated 1 to 2 times per session, with consistent daily use over weeks or months yielding noticeable improvements in length and width.
The HYDROXTREME9 offers two distinct pumping methods to suit individual preferences. The first method involves compressing the chamber against the body while squeezing the bellows at the base, which adds suction without requiring the user to pump the handball repeatedly. Alternatively, the removable handball can be used for a traditional pumping motion, offering precise control over the intensity and rhythm, though this requires the use of both hands. This versatility allows users to tailor their sessions for comfort and effectiveness.
For optimal results, it is recommended to use the pump for approximately 20 minutes every day. The warm water environment helps maintain tissue elasticity, making the stretching process more comfortable and potentially more effective than air-based pumps. Users should ensure their testicles are clear of the pump cylinder and position the device centrally on the penis shaft to maximize the benefits of the hydrotherapy pressure.
Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity and safety of the device. Cleaning should be performed using a toy cleanser that does not contain alcohol or ammonia, as these chemicals can degrade the rubber and plastic components. The pump is solid and non-flexible, meaning it should be handled with care to avoid cracking or breaking the chamber. A protective case and support strap are included in the accessory pack to facilitate storage and stability during the holding phase of the pumping session.
The device comes with a comprehensive accessory pack that includes a protective case, a support strap, a measuring gauge to track progress, a cleaning kit, a comfort pad, the handball pump, the hose, lubricant, and a security lock. These accessories ensure a complete and professional experience, allowing users to measure their progress accurately and store the pump securely when not in use. The security lock on the valve prevents accidental release of water or pressure, ensuring safety during the pumping process.
It is important to note that this pump is not rechargeable or battery-operated; it relies entirely on manual pumping action. There is no app or WiFi connectivity required, making it a standalone device that can be used anywhere with access to a water source, such as a bathtub or shower. The pump is also travel-friendly, provided it is packed securely in its case, and does not require TSA screening for batteries since it contains none.

How to Use Your Bathmate
Avoid a case of ‘all the gear but no idea' with our simple guide to using your Bathmate. You'll be happy to hear Bathmate pumps are really easy to use, so you'll be able to get started straight away!
All Bathmate pumps are designed to be used in the bath or shower; the warm water helps to relax the skin and keeps the tissue soft for even better results.
1. To begin, close the top of the pump. With the Hercules, hold the black pip down and keep it in place while you get started. Hydromax pumps have a pip that needs to be clicked to the side. If you're using one of Bathmate's Xtreme pumps, lock the valve by rotating it clockwise before pressing the pip to the side.
2. Next, fill the pump with warm water and place it over your flaccid penis. Tip: try to make the cylinder as central to your penis as possible and ensure your testicles are clear of the pump.
3. Create a seal by releasing the pip and gently bring the pump towards your body.
4. Slowly pull the pump away from your body. Excess water will then be able to emerge from the top of your Bathmate.
5. Gently begin pumping. As you pump, you'll gradually become erect and feel the pressure increase. Once the water stops exiting from the top, you've reached maximum pressure.
6. Stop pumping and leave your Bathmate in place for 5-6 minutes. The Bathmate Penis Pump Shower Strap (sold separately) is really helpful during this stage as it keeps the pump in place and leaves your hands free.
7. Release the valve by pressing it down on each side. For those using a pump from the Xtreme range, unlock it first by rotating the valve anti-clockwise.
8. Repeat the process a further 1-2 times. After three reps, you will have reached maximum growth for that session.
You will see immediate effects after your session but, just like any workout, you need to use your Bathmate regularly for the best results! We recommend one session per day. After six weeks, you should see permanent results. All Bathmate pumps come with a measurement scale on the cylinder to help you monitor your progress.
Please do not use your Bathmate for longer than 15-20 minutes per session.
