The box itself is small, and is far from tacky, so that made for a very promising product. To put this review in context - I have used a chastity device before, previously available on the LH website - one that is very similar to this, allowing for long term use, a soft silicone one with an all in one butt plug. I wear that one often, and it's still my favourite, but I was really keen to see how this one stacked up (since this one doesn't have the integrated butt plug). They have also placed nubs along the ring, where this causes the most rubbing against your penis in day to day. With my other product - this took some getting used to, but with this product - it just makes it painful to wear. I mean - you can wear this for a max of 10 mins (fully lubed, I may add) before it gets too painful to keep on any longer. To fix this - take some sharp scissors (nail scissors worked well) and snip off the nubs at the bottom of the device. There are three inside, and 4 along the rim of the opening. Removing these makes for a completely different product. It's comfy, tight and now I can go wearing it all day long! From a getting the device on perspective. It's quite difficult - the hole to fit your ball sack, though, is too small, and too reinforced to easily fit both balls through. But once you get them in - it makes for a tight experience, and you feel that your balls are gripped well and truly. But its snug, allows you to pee freely, and allows your OH to torture you without allowing you to feel much at all. And this certainly fulfils the description. :)

However, the hole you put your balls through is a little too constrictive for my liking, and it did get quite uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. Having said that, that may be down to my not putting it on correctly, as I'm a complete newbie to this. Time will tell.
