A simple hand operated vacuum chamber. Not sure it helps with ED but it is fun to use. Just place penis in chamber thru bottom hole and hold tight to abdomen for a good tight fit. If you are flaccid you can see in the translucent chamber as the penis stretches out. Chamber is marked in centimeters to judge length of penis. Pump until you get a good stretch but let air in if painful. It has a cock ring included to prolong the erection. I leave it about 10 minutes at a time. A little lube on the mouth of the device is useful.
