The size is about 7/8 inches long and about 2 inches wide (i want to say decent length). The realistic portion is very must present and known but holding it in my hands I would have preferred a dildo with balls as well. The vibration levels are also there but it did not get me to a fast orgasm as I wanted. It is battery operated and waterproof (a major plus for me) but something about this dildo doesn't entirely do it for me. Bottom line - Good toy but I think it's just not for me.
