I recently had a baby and read about training your pelvic floor and kegel muscles as part of getting back into shape. The price was right for these so I went ahead and purchased. Let me tell you, it feels a little weird at first but totally worth the purchase!

I just had a baby not too long ago and I figured it would be good for me to add some weighted kegel exercises. This set is such a great value! I was hesitant at first but got the hang of it. I started with the lightest and now I'm at the second heaviest one. Working my way up one kegel at a time! If it's your first time too, you should get this set.

Didn't think kegel balls actually help you have more intense orgasms but omg they busted that myth for me! I wanted to get this set because it allows me to gradually work up to the heavier balls. You're getting 3 for like $20! I love them
