I wear these when I'm out and about sometimes and the vibrations that come from them are pretty good. I love that I'm working on my health for my lady parts while getting something quite pleasing in return.

I can't get over this set of kegel balls! I love them and how I can just slip them in and get to work. I use them every day.

I haven't done the workouts that are listed on the package because I'm a little scared of working out with something inside of me... but i dunno, i like the shaking-ness of it, since there's definitely something loose inside of the silicon. kind of a vibe.
