Good Product, Not Quite As Pictured On Website

I've been looking for a larger item to help with anal training and came across this item at Adam's Toy Box. The All American Whopper is a great size, not for beginners or overly sensitive people. The look and feel of the Real Skin material are pleasingly realistic, and the dildo has enough flexibility to not be too uncomfortable during use. The vibrating feature is strong and powerful, driven by a detachable controller (which I like -- I can clean up the dildo without worrying about getting the controller wet).
The only drawback to this item is that the image provided at Adamstoybox.com doesn't match the item I received in that the website image indicates a different shape, along with a set of realistic testicles at the base of the shaft: The one I got is uncurved with no ball sac. Also, the website image suggests that a separate vibrating bullet is included, and there are 2 connections on the controller. I've contacted customer service but have yet to receive a reply. Overall, I enjoy the item and would recommend it to size connoisseurs: I'm just a little let down that I didn't get exactly what I ordered.
