Before trying these, had only tried the more typical nipple clamps before - the one with the screw into place. As a girl with flatter nipples, those were either unbearably tight or would fall off. This pair, in contrast, works so much better! The style is adjustable, and it's pretty. It also stayed in place extremely well. I'm not into a lot of pain - I just wanted something to heighten senses. This fit that perfectly. My only issue with it is that they pieces come easily detached from each other in my toy bag (although it's easy to put back). Overall, this is a great toy to introduce new sensations into play or as an upgrade from basic clamps.

I shouldn't have bought plastic chains. The chain wasn't long enough and the clamp would not stay on the vag. It kept slipping. I will try another type of clamp next time. The length of the chain wasn't what they advertised unless you have small boobs and no curves.
