I don't know how this got 5 stars, This thing hurts really bad and makes a whole bunch of little craters all over the penis that take a long time to go away. It's too hard and needs to be much much softer. I used it once and threw it away. Ouch!

Absolutely Wretched

First, the opening was clearly not designed for an adult human penis. It barely stretches, I can't even fit a thumb in there without lube and it takes an act of congress to coax in Ole Beulah. Second, the whole thing feels like a pathetic attempt to make love to an unwilling truck tire. Rubbery, yet uncomfortably bumpy and rigid. Third, if you decide to use it with a pump, then Lord help you if you so much as wiggle it when you're in there. The rubber around the rim that is *supposed* to attach it securely to the pump is thinner than Ben Shapiro's skin and immediately (and sometimes violently) sucks into the tube at warp speed if you look at it wrong. Buyer beware: spend your good money elsewhere.

Very comfortable takes all the discomfort out of pumping.

Not so Good

If you're thick, like I am, 6+" circumference, this sleeve doesn't move on my shaft when using a penis pump stroker. Plus, even when using it inside a 4"d tube, friction with the wall of the tube causes the sleeve to split after only a few sessions. Worthless for me.

Pump Stroker

i had a blow out a week ago and am still waiting on customer service to get back to me about replacing it. I left a message someone was supposed to get back to me within the hour. I am still waiting so for now 1 star.

Have and issue getting my penis into it and it pulled the whole thing into the pump. So not what I was thinking would happen

Great feel - nice and tight

This is far tighter than the mouth sleeve, which is really nice. Also, it's better designed to handle the "stress", more reinforced, than the mouth sleeve. Really like the feel, don't like the indentations from the nubs, but the nubs feel really good, LOL

Built for comfort

As a younger man I would purchase these items for novelty. Now that I’m over 50, and experiencing “the change”. I’ve found that they help the situation. The sleeve was very comfortable and I actually was able to stroke and feel the texture against my penis. Would definitely recommend!

Best Replacement Sleeve Yet

Tried one of the replacement basic, and the suck & stroke masturbator replacement stoker sleeves. This Optimum Series is way better by far. Inside diameter is generous enough (for an average size guy) to allow pump vacuum to work as designed and move blood into the penis, yet still allow contact with the inside texture beads.
