We decided to try this after using a harness strap-on for a couple of years. Best Worst Toy Ever

I have been using this toy for about a year now so have put it though its paces and to be honest it will not be for everyone. There are good points to this toy, including the design, and yes it can hit the spot very well. But there is a major drawback to this style of toy which will result in some people wanting to throw it out of the window (yes I have nearly done this on many occasions). I'm not usually one to complain about colour, I'm more concerned with how things perform, but I have to admit I was disappointed by the colour on this. I know screen brightness etc can change how colours look online, but I was still expecting something pink and slightly shiny - platinum as the name suggests - the actual product is more like purple with some glittery bits. The other big surprise is the material. It looks like something that would be a hard plasic wrapped in silicone, but it's not. The product is actually entirely made from silicone, so it's a bit bendy instead of being nice and rigid. It's got a feeling somewhere between the silk silicone you find on luxury toys and jelly silicone. It also has this horrible rough patch on the 'corner' of the shaft and the pony where it's clearly been cut out of the silicone mould during the production process. It doesn't affect the use at all, it just looks bad. In actual use we didn't find it too bad. I had no issues 'holding on' to my end (thank you Tracy Cox and your kegel exercise sets!), but I can see how it could be difficult for others. My partner found the insertion comfortable after warming up and plenty of lube. The problem we found was that it's actually too short to get any range of real movement in. Pull back too much to start thrusting harder and it just pops out. We ended up basically just doing a kind of grinding movement - still pleasurable, but not great. Perfect for when you need something smaller

A bit of background: I am a cisgender woman who enjoys penetration and has a small vagina, and my husband is a non-op transgender man. It's also not as long as other similar products; a downside of this is that there are a limited number of positions in which penetration can be achieved, however this is still an improvement over not being able to achieve penetration in any positions with larger toys. My husband found that the smaller bulb made it easier to insert than the Share whilst the lighter weight meant it stayed in fairly well. He also reported good physical feedback and a good balance between stiffness and flexibility. The only real complaint we have with it is the name. I've no idea what the decision making process was but a name which is essentially “For Lesbians” ignores the fact that there are a number of different demographics this toy could appeal to, including trans men like my husband and (based on other reviews I've read) women who want to introduce their male partner to pegging. Ultimately the name did not put us off, but it did give us a moment's hesitation. So, in conclusion: the Gal Pal is certainly not for everyone, but if you're looking for a smaller strapless strap-on (for whatever reason) then this is your best (only) option.

I got this as I like the idea of a strap-on but didn't fancy wearing a harness. The material is smooth and feels nice inside you and is excellent quality. The only down side is when you get a rhythm going and start thrusting fast it tends to keep falling out of the vagina.
