For this, I've found that manually pressing the Progasm Ice forward and into my prostate while it's fully inserted, provides sufficient pressure to elicit an orgasm that feels quite different, more of a gradual ascension to a sort of orgasm plateau, eventually receding as I cease stimulation. I can’t say I’ve had success with this toy in getting to a hands free orgasm (which is extremely difficult for me), but the sensations are still great. Shower, clean yourself, use lots of lube, put a towel down, and insert. Do all these things and you’ll still get incredible sensations as you flex and have it rub against your spot.
