Have a few prostate massagers including one vibrating one. Never achieved a hands-free orgasm as yet and after researching many others decided to risk my money and purchase this when it was on offer. Fairly big to insert compared to others I have but with plenty of lube it slips in fairly easily and I think the size helps once in place. As usual for Lovehoney, this was delivered quickly and discreetly. Nexus seem to have taken to heart the whole "unboxing" thing! There is certainly an element of theatre to finally extracting the massager. As it's silicone, use a good water-based lube. I swear by Lovehoney Discovery. After a quick lube-up, I found the shaft slips in very easily. Press the button, and the shaft starts to rotate. There are two speeds of rotation. You do need to ensure the massager is correctly located against the prostate to get any benefit out of this - I found that lying down didn't work at all, as there was no pressure. Sitting up slightly, kind of pushed the rotating head against the prostate quite well. It's an odd feeling initially - almost uncomfortable, though you get used to it pretty quick. An intense sensation

I've tried quite a number of prostate toys, but the Revo is by far the best. It is more expensive than most, but one good toy is a lot more useful than two bad ones. You can only stick one up at a time! The build quality is excellent, with a very comfortable shape that is easy to insert, but really stays in place (often a problem with other toys). The silicone cover is very easy to clean and comfortable to wear. However, it's the mechanism that's really the star. It massages firmly but gently, unlike anything I've ever tried.
