I agree with the previous reviewer regarding lack of suction although I found it did have some suction but didn’t stay in place for long enough. However I wanted it for my wife to use with a strap on. I enjoy prostate stimulation and wanted to try pegging with a dildo designed to massage the prostate. I have another one that came with a harness but found it too big and was a bit painful which spoilt any prostate stimulation but this one is just the right size for me it’s fairly slim and not too long so I can just feel the prostate being stimulated without any distractions. I get a great orgasm and my wife gets to switch roles and enjoys being in control.
