I purchased this to use in conjunction with my masturbator. It does however get in the way of full penetration and can stick to the masturbator so I think this ring & probably others are better suited to hand masturbation. You need to use a lubricant or it will catch your hairs. I would have liked it to be a little bit tighter however this is probably due to my cock not swelling as long, as wide nor as stiff as it did when I was younger and I would imagine this ring would be a really tight fit on a younger person (I'm an OAP). Nevertheless it was a good fit even for me and comfortable.
