The CalExotics Scandal Collar Body Restraint is bondage made easy. This cuff and collar restraint system features designer brocade fabric and plush lining. The cuffs are fully detachable and may be used separately, plus the full restraint system allows for three different levels of restraint. The Collar Body Restraint will secure the wearer’s hands either in front of their chest or behind their back!
