Inspire Silicone Kegel Training Kit

This set of smooth, rose-pink silicone Kegel exercisers are gradually weighted, allowing you to customize your pelvic floor muscle-toning experience. Designed with silicone cords for safe use and easy retrieval, the three pear- and hourglass-shaped weights are perfect for vaginal resistance––hold on to the weight, or try a more advanced technique and pull gently on the cord. Exercise your PC [pubococcygeal] muscles by gripping onto the weights – starting with the largest and working up to the smallest. (The large weight is lighter at 40g and easier to hold, while the smallest is the heaviest at 80g and the most advanced.)

When exercising your PC (aka Kegel) muscles with a resistive device, or via any other method, remember that the correct way to exercise a muscle is not to simply tighten it. You must also relax that muscle—not only for maximum flexibility and functionality, but also to avoid injury. Our pelvic floor consultant suggests a maximum of 30 reps a day, remembering to fully relax each time.
