I was concerned when buying this that the low price was a red flag. I was happy to be wrong. The bulb holds the perfect amount of water to get a thorough clean with only a couple of cycles. The nozzle is flexible and not over sized which helps with comfortable insertion. Would recommend to anyone.

I grabbed this because it was on sale and had decent reviews. Didn't really consider that enemas could be this large because the last ones I've used have all been little bulbs. When it arrived I was very surprised to see how big it is. Figured I'd give it a go anyway but I couldn't really get it in easily even with lots of lube and it really hurt my delicate rear end. Would not recommend unless you've already trained yourself to take something this large easily.

This cleanser is entirely plastic, with the nozzle screwing into the body, the body is good quality. The nozzle on the other hand has outlet holes which not only leak substantial amounts of water when tipped anywhere near parallel with gravity, washing away an water based lube you put on the end of it to help with insertion, but also the outlet holes are very sharp and can make it painful during the removal of the nozzle, especially if your muscles are contracted during this.
