Okay. Here is my review based on my own measurements, and having used this toy for over 6 months. 1. Material: The material is perfect. Extremely durable, and my partner says it feels exactly like it's my own penis when I'm inside her. 2. Getting it on: It is 100% imperative that you have lubrication, or it is simply not going to happen. If you have lube, and you are within the guide sizes I have written below, it will be easy. My measurements are: 7.25 inches length 4.75 inches girth (circumference) I bought this because I am very unhappy with my girth, and my partner hinted she would enjoy a toy that added some girth. Based upon my own penis size, this is a fantastic fit... My best guess of what size range could fit inside this, from lots of experience using, it would be: Length: 5.0 + inches Girth: 4.0 - 6.5 inches If I push the toy to the back of my shaft, I have about 1 full inch of shaft to spare, and then the head of my penis. For the man to enjoy it by sensation, I think it's important to be at least 6 inches in length, otherwise your head will be below the rim of the toy, and you won't be feeling too much. First of all, the quality of the product is just not there, there were very clear moulding marks in various places and there was a line running the length of the toy where it looks like two halves of a mould aren't quite lined up. Then there is fitting the sleeve. I have tried extenders and sleeves previously and not had issues getting them on. I would class myself as average as far as girth goes, but no matter how hard I tried, and whatever method I used, I could not get the sleeve on to my penis in a way that it would stay on. Now if you are circumcised or are below average girth, then you may well not have the same issues. Or if you are looking to use it with a dildo for some solo play then it would be fine and the loop could be used to secure it around the balls of the toy. The ball loop was also very difficult to fit and getting both testicles through the hole was a challenge given the lack of flexibility and stretch. Now if you could get it on to your penis and get it too stay in place then it certainly will add a considerable amount of girth. It's not an extender, though, as it is open-ended.
