As other reviews say, you need to pull your bits through the hole under the pouch. Has a great effect. Worn all night not uncomfortable. I have shorts on there own as well but this looks better. I bought this item as I thought it would look great. And it does. The lace is very soft and comfortable. The peep hole is stretchy so your manhood fits through without a problem. You will need to take the front panel down so you can pull everything through. Once you have fastened it up with the press studs it really shows the bulge off which the wife really loves. The wife really loves the look of the lace and the wet look trim. A great night was had by all.
