One of the first hands-free p-spot massagers on the market and my first foray into sex toys that spawned from original medical use to treat chronic prostatitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome and the symptoms of BPH.

The perineum tab or arm can be quite stiff and cause soreness while the tail is used for easy extraction. Since my first prostate massager, there has been a plethera of new innovations in the "back door" sex toy industry. While I will have fond memories of my MGX, I would recommend other Aneros Trident or Syn models for a more comfortable fit that allows for sitting.

If you are an avid sex toy completionist, then this toy does belong in your collection as the prostate massager that launched a thousand ships .
