Dr. Laura Berman is an internationally renowned experts in the area of female sexuality. Dr. Laura Berman's recent agreement with CalExotics (Swedish Erotica) has produced the "Berman Center --Intimate Accessories", a unique line of sex toys--vibrators specifically designed to satisfy a woman's desires.

Dr. Laura Berman has been working as a sex educator and therapist for more than a decade. She currently is a clinical assistant professor of OBGYN and psychiatry at the Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University directs the Berman Center in Chicago, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to helping women and their partners repair and improve their sex lives and achieve their maximum sexual potential. She also is co-director of The Network for Excellence in Women's Sexual Health.

She obtained her Master's in Clinical Social Work and a Doctorate in Health Education and Therapy (specializing in human sexuality) at New York University.

Dr. Berman is co-chair of the Women's Sexual Health State-Of-The-Art lecture series. Dr. Berman currently serves on the foundation board of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality (SSSS). She is also a member of the American Association of Social Workers (NASW), the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). She has been involved in numerous clinical sexual trials of treatment devices on women's sexual complaints.

She has been featured on Good Morning America, The Oprah Winfrey Show, CNN's Larry King Live, Lifetime Television, and dozens of other TV shows. With her sister Dr. Jennifer Berman, Dr. Laura Berman co-hosted the television series on Discovery Health Network, Berman and Berman, which dealt with women's sexual issues.
